Nairaland founder, Seun Osewa has officially launched an essay competition today that looks to reward the best essays on starting a chain of for-profit libraries in Nigeria.
Essays will be judged based on the soundness of the business strategy and the winning essay will be the one which best demonstrates the ability and capacity to start and run a profitable media business (that lends books, DVDs, CDs, and any other types of media) in Nigeria.
The best essay will win N60,000 naira, the 2nd best essay gets N30,000 naira, and the 3rd best essay gets N15,000 naira. The contest started today, Monday 10th and will end on Friday, 14th of October, 2011.
The winners are expected to be announced on Monday, 17th of October, 2011 and awarded their prizes by direct deposit into their bank accounts.
