Mango Airlines Launches First In-Flight Wi-Fi in Africa
South African airline, Mango Airlines have partnered with Vodacom and G-Connect to launch the continents first in-flight Wi-Fi service, reports local news sources. The service called G-Connect would allow passengers to send and receive e-mails, browse the web as well as connect with various social media networks at even 30,000 ft below sea level. According to TheSouthAfrican, the service will initially only be available on Mango 737-800s, but will be rolled out to other aircrafts later this year.
