While Nokia may have been criticized for unveiling its smartphones in Nigeria/Africa months after the rest of the world have gotten their hands on them, the company is giving us reasons to smile.
Come November 20, Nokia is launching its latest flagship Lumia range, the big, bold and beautiful Lumia 920 Windows Phone at a press event in Lagos, Nigeria.
Based on the reviews we’ve seen, the Lumia 920 is the most powerful, feature-rich Windows phone ever, although its thick and heavy build makes the phone harder to hold and carry, and its over-hyped camera doesn’t have enough settings, according to CNET.
We learnt that the devices would be available via several mobile carriers including MTN Nigeria from this month, but there’s no indication for pre-orders yet from any of the networks.
At the moment, we don’t have any word on the pricing.
