Samsung Offering BBM App To All Samsung Galaxy Device Users in Africa
Samsung announced on Monday that the BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) app will be available to all Samsung GALAXY smartphone users across Africa via the Google Play Store and the Samsung App store soon for free. According to George Ferreira, VP and COO of Samsung Electronics Africa, the BlackBerry Messenger app will reside under the Samsung Messaging Hub as an addition to the current canon of it’s messaging services. Samsung Galaxy users will have access to the BBM social network, including BBM chats, multi-person chats and BBM Groups, which allows BBM customers to create groups of up to 30 people, as well as share photos and voice notes.
