A new, unusually stylish tech hub is launching in Abuja next month

Unlike Lagos, when you think of Abuja, all that quickly comes to mind is Aso Rock, Government, Politics, Senate, House of Reps et al. Yes…at a time the place was just about that.

All that is changing though. A lot of innovations and innovative people are taking over the city, and technology is not just sitting at the back seat sipping zobo.

A couple of months ago, Lagos-based incubator and accelerator, Co-creation Hub (CcHUB) expanded its operations to the city by opening its re:learn center.

Another tech hub is launching in the city on June 3, 2016 and this one is quite different – bringing tech and art to one place.

When Cranium One launched, it was described as “modern, hip, and aesthetic” but this new hub, known as Ventures Platform, is not only modern, hip, and aesthetic but also unusually stylish.

Ventures Platform is a tech hub contained in a shipping container (no pun intended) that is so stylishly designed your heart would skip for joy. If you think I’m joking, you can check out the pictures below.

Although we know entrepreneur and investor, Kola Aina is the Director of Ventures Platform Limited, the tech hub is still a work in progress. More information would be shared as we get them.

By the way, if you have a brilliant idea, you can apply for the Ventures Platform Pitchathon for a chance to win US$1,000.
