CcHUB to officially launch re:learn in Abuja on May 27

Co-Creation Hub (CcHub), a social innovation centre and open living lab and pre-incubation space, will officially launch re:learn in Abuja on May 27, 2016.

Update: Due to unavoidable circumstances, the launch date was changed. Re:learn will now be officially launched on June 10, 2016.

Re:learn, which is CcHUB’s first home outside of Lagos, is an open living lab focused on learning and smart application of technology in schools.

Through a combination of projects targeted at research and learning, re:learn will bridge the education gap by enhancing learning experience in schools.

Programs such as the Summer of Code, a 4-week program held during the holidays to introduce 5-18 year olds to computer programming will be introduced.

In addition, re:learn will provide support to the tech community in Abuja by supporting EdTech startups.

re:learn will serve as the new umbrella for all education initiatives at CcHUB, which has been operating in the Education Technology space for the past 5 years.

From the center, CcHUB will expand its work in the area of education to the Northern and Eastern parts of the country.

If you want to learn more about re:learn, education and tech in general, then you should totally register to attend the launch. The event will commence at 6:00pm and come to an end at 9:00pm.

The re:learn Center is located on 1st floor, TY Danjuma Foundation Building, 35 Faradina Close, Off Aminu Kanu Crescent, Wuse 2, Abuja.
