Not only must these concepts/ideas be creative, innovative and inclusive, – all the values that Skype embodies – they must also incorporate the power of Skype.
Participants are required to create a 30 – 60 second pitch, or trailer, showcasing their idea and a business plan outlining the feasibility of getting their idea made.
Skype, Onedrive or the upload tool on competition’s website must be used by the participants to submit their contents.
All entries will be assessed by an illustrious panel of judges that includes social media trendsetter YesJulz, rapper/actor/director Ice-T, and Game of Thrones producer Oliver Butler.
The judges will select the winner of the competition. Aside receiving the grand prize of US$20,000 to fund their project, the winner will have access to industry experts who will offer guidance.
“We are casting the nets out far and wide, leaving it completely up to the creative minds out there to throw whatever innovative, new ideas for content they have, into the mix. I’m intrigued and excited to see what we find,” said Oliver Butler.
