G3, a monthly meet up for game developers to discuss issues related to the mobile games development in Nigeria and Africa, has announced its July edition will hold tomorrow in Lagos.
Themed “Let Us Play!”, the event will be broken into segments with various activities lined up. There’ll be New Product Showcase [Show and Tell], Game Playing and Winning, Discussion, Video Interaction, and Photo Booth.
The event will also provide an avenue for networking opportunities. Free Wi-Fi and drinks will be available (nodding my head in excitement).
Registration is free. You might want to register ASAP as spaces are limited. The event will run from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (WAT) at A Whitespace Lagos.
Programmers, publishers, designers, illustrators, indie developers, storytellers, sound engineers and everyone involved in the process of bringing a game to life can attend.
If you’re unable to attend, you can join the conversation before, during and after the event by following the following hashtags: #G3Meetup #LetUsPlay #NaijaGames #NaijaGameDev #MGDMeetup.
The Meetup is organized by Maliyo Games, a premier gaming company in Nigeria.
