The Taxi Chap Chap app was launched last week after six months of testing with the owners believing the space still need new players.
To be able to compete, Taxi Chap Chap is bringing some interesting offers to the table.
First is CabMiles, a points-based customer loyalty program, which sees customers redeem points for cash or further rides.
Another offer, which is not entirely new, is the ability of customers to track rides and whatnot. The company calls this a unique security measure that’ll help enhance customer experience.
At the moment, Taxi Chap Chap is available in Nairobi. It will be launched in other Kenyan cities and towns soon, and plans are underway to launch in Tanzania, Uganda and Rwanda.
