The tech incubator and accelerator that needs no introduction, Co-Creation Hub (CcHUB) is organizing yet another digital security workshop to review Safe Online, a digital security guide.
Safe Online is CcHUB’s answer to security issues encountered while using the Internet.
The first workshop happened on July 28, 2016, bringing together Nigerian civil society organization, journalists and active citizens to help make the guide better.
This time around, the workshop is aimed at showing the updates to the guide, the online platform and the physical books that would contain the guide since the first workshop.
The workshop will take place at the CcHUB on September 9, 2016 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
It is open to staff and members of CSOs, journalists, owners of online platforms, active citizens and the general public.
Safe Online is funded by the Open Society Initiative for West Africa (OSIWA), an organization that seek to promote inclusive democratic governance, transparent and accountable institutions and active citizenship in West Africa.
