Both apps use cutting edge technology to make the booking and cleaning process for customers and SweepStars as easy as a 123.
When customers book through the app, they receive realtime notifications pertaining the SweepStar such as when they’re on the way, when they arrive, and when they’ve completed the job.
Customers, who pay through the app via a secure payment method, also have the added luxury of rating SweepStars and the services rendered.
To ensure trust and security, customers can also see further details about SweepStars such as their photos, family background, interests, et al.
“Our product uses cutting-edge technology to provide our customers with the most seamless on-demand experience available. As geolocation tracking and travel time estimates become more accurate and incorporative of transport delays, the app will become more and more powerful,” said Alen Ribic, co-founder and CTO of SweepSouth.
Launched in 2014, SweepSouth claims it has created thousands of job opportunities, especially for women, which has resulted in over 100,000 hours of cleaning.
The startup operates in Johannesburg (where it is based), Cape Town, and Pretoria with plans to launch in Durban in the pipeline.
