As a Techloy member, you can manage your Techloy subscription from our dedicated customer portal on Stripe, which allows you to change a subscription, update a payment method, or view your billing history.
To manage your subscription:
- Go to our customer portal on Stripe.
- Enter your email address and we will send you a link directly to your customer portal. (Note: The link will be active for 30 minutes.)
- Check your email for your customer portal log in link and click on the 'Log in to your customer portal button' to access your customer portal.
- Once logged in, you will be able to view your current plan, update or cancel your subscription, change or add your payment method, update your billing information, and view your invoice history.
