All the announcements from Microsoft’s Surface event on May 20
Just a day before kicking things off with its annual developer conference – Microsoft Build – the software giant is holding a hardware event today, May 20th, to discuss its next Surface devices.
Recall that last September, Microsoft announced major upgrades to its Surface devices – including Surface Laptop Studio 2, its "most powerful" Surface ever, the Surface Laptop Go 3, the Surface Go 4, the latest iteration of its affordable 2-in-1 laptop series, and the Surface Hub 3, an all-in-one collaborative touchscreen device.
This year, the company is expected to reveal a new version of its Surface Pro tablet and Surface Laptop boasting Qualcomm chips based on Arm architecture, for the first time. Windows laptops and tablets currently run on Intel chips.
Stay tuned from 1PM ET (5PM GMT) as Techloy brings you the major announcements you should know about from the event.
