Animoca Brands acquires edtech firm TinyTap for over $38 million

Animoca Brands, a gaming investment firm based in Hong Kong has acquired TinyTap, an edtech firm based in Israel for $38.88 million, combining cash and shares.

  • Animoca Brands holds an 84.1% stake in the TinyTap with the acquisition.
