Solana, a blockchain service offering platform and one of the giants in the crypto market has launched a $100 million fund and grant to back web3 startups in South Korea.

  • The fund will focus on startups working on gaming studios, GameFi, NFTs, and DeFi in South Korea.
  • The fund is set up by Solana Ventures and Solana Foundations with the capital coming from the Solana community treasury.
  • The investment will support the development and launching of high quality and fun games on the Solana blockchain in the second half of 2022, the firm claims.
