Brazilian fintech startup Nomad raises over $32 million
Nomad, a fintech startup that allows Brazilians to open accounts in the US has raised $32.1 million in a new funding round led by the Stripe Fund.
- The funds will be used to develop new products, increase its customer base and build out new technologies, the startup claims.
- Launched in 2019, Nomad is helping Brazilians to open bank accounts in the US, and get international debit cards and electronic fund transfers (EFTs).
- Funds Monashees, Spark Capital, Propel, Globo Ventures, and Abstract participated in the funding round.
