CHART: Top U.S. PC Brands By Market Share in 2023

The US PC market closed off in 2023 with renewed vigour as shipment rose to a healthy 16.7 million units, a 3.3% year-on-year growth in Q4 2023, according to recent data from Canalys.

The surge was largely fueled by a robust performance in the consumer segment, which experienced a remarkable growth rate of 15.1% year-on-year during the holiday season. Extended promotions and attractive discounts enticed consumers to snag great deals on a new PC during the holiday season, after a period of holding off on electronics purchases.
