Editor's Note: Based on the latest Global Startup Ecosystem 2022 Report from StartupBlink, which analyses startup ecosystems in 1,000 cities and 100 countries, Techloy is highlighting the key data and insights across emerging markets in this edition of ChartBox.
Techloy found that the report from the Asia Pacific region was largely positive, as most of the top-ranked countries and cities increased their rankings, except for Asia’s most powerful ecosystem, China which dropped three points and lost its position as the highest-ranked Asian economy.
As for Latin America, the trend was mostly positive, with the top Latin American cities substantially increasing in rank, solidifying their positions as substantial hubs of regional and global innovation.
