Steps to measure elevation on your iPhone

Step 1: Open the Compass app

Step 2: If your location services aren't enabled for the Compass app, you see a pop-up asking for permission. Select "Allow While Using App"

If case you don't see the pop-up, navigate to Settings > Apps > Compass > Location and select "While Using the App"

Step 3: Finally, at the very bottom, you will find the exact coordinates, your city location, and elevation
