How To Subscribe To Apple Music Using Your MTN SIM

If you're an MTN Nigeria customer and have struggled with the payment hassles of subscribing to Apple Music, there's good news for you!

Thanks to a recent partnership between Apple Music and South African telecom giant MTN, customers can now easily pay for their music subscription on the streaming platform using SMS or via USSD from their Android or iOS devices, without the need for a debit/credit card, GPay or Apple Pay.

Plus you can enjoy a free 6-month streaming service before subscribing to Apple Music at ₦1000 per month, which is billed directly from your airtime until you cancel your subscription.

• Via USSD: Dial *447# > Select New services > Select 4 Apple Music > Select 1 for free and 2 for paid
• Via SMS: Send “Music” for a monthly subscription to 8000

Once your subscription is successful, you’ll receive a message prompting you to accept with a URL attached which will lead you to download the Apple Music app on your iOS or Android devices.

You can also subscribe to Apple Music through the MTN Play portal or the MyMTN App.
