Indian e-commerce enablement startup Gokwik raises $35 million
Gokwik, an India-based e-commerce enablement startup has raised $35 million in its Series B funding round led by Think Investments and RTP Global with participation from Sequoia Capital India and Matrix Partners India.
- The startup claims the raised fund will be used to improve its direct-to-consumer (D-2-C) services, grow its online brands, scale its tech product and develop data science competencies.
- Launched in 2020, Gokwik is e-commerce enabling platform helping brands efficiently increase conversions, improve delivery rates and reduce acquisition costs.
- The startup currently serves 250 brands with processes totalling $1 billion in gross value on its platform.
- Gokwik plans to expand into Southeast Asia and offer e-commerce enabling solutions and customer loyalty services in the next 12-18 months.
