Indian edtech firm Upgrad raises $255 million in fresh funding
Upgrad, an edtech firm focusing on higher education learning and upskilling has raised $255 million in its new funding round, at a $2.25 billion valuation.
- The firm offers educational services including study abroad test prep, undergrad degrees to campus in 250 universities, and courses in law, business, finance, and software.
- It targets $500 million in gross revenue for FY 2023.
- Lupa Systems LLC, the US testing and assessment provider (ETS), the office of Lakshmi Mittal, Sunil Bharti Mittal, and Temasek Holdings participated in the round.
