Oasis Facility, a technology-led healthtech startup based in India, has raised $50 million in new funding from Kedaara Capital, a private equity firm, to improve its services.

  • The fund will be used to make strategic acquisitions and expand its operations in India and neighbouring countries, the healthtech company claims. With this new investment, Keedara Capital will now own a minority stake in Oasis.
  • Oasis Facility is a health company dealing in fertility testing, Intrauterine Insemination (IUI), Donors and Freezing, In vitro Fertilization (IVF), and Advanced Fertility Testing, using modern technologies. The company is using technologies and medical experts to enable couples and individuals to achieve parenthood.
  • Founded in 2009, Oasis Facility has 26 clinics across 16 cities and has been doubling its revenues over the last three years. It runs an approved in-house programme, Oasis School for Human Embryology and Reproductive Medicine (OSHERM). It recently launched AndroLife, novel andrology (treating diseases related to men's infertility).
