Indian IT consulting giant is upskilling 25,000 Engineers on Microsoft's Azure Open AI
As part of its plan to use the power of open-source and cloud-native technologies to become a leader in cloud and artificial intelligence (AI) services, Indian information technology (IT) company Tata Consultancy Services is planning to upskill its engineers on Azure Open AI.
Tata, which is the world's biggest IT consulting company, has formed a partnership with Microsoft to have 25,000 of its engineers trained and certified on Microsoft's Azure Open AI as it aims to enhance its capabilities and offerings in the cloud and AI domain.

Azure Open AI is a cloud-based platform that lets developers and data scientists use open-source frameworks and tools to build and deploy AI applications. It supports popular frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX, and Scikit-learn, and provides access to state-of-the-art AI models such as GPT-3, DALL-E, and CLIP.
