Indian VC Stride Ventures raises $200 million to invest in tech startups
Stride Ventures, an India-based debt funding investment firm has raised $200 million for its Fund II, to invest in tech startups across sectors in India.
- The Fund welcomed participation from family offices, corporate treasuries, sovereign funds, private equity (PE) funds, insurance firms, and high net-worth individuals (HNIs).
- The VC deploys its investments across fintech, agritech, B2B commerce, healthtech, B2B SaaS, mobility, and energy solutions.
- Its portfolio includes InfraMarket, a B2B marketplace for construction materials, Spinny, an Indian online marketplace for used cars, Myglamm, a cosmetic and skincare brand, and Arya, an agritech startup focusing on agricultural value chain among others.
- The Fund was set up in May 2021 and has just been closed by the investment firm.
