NetLex raises R$ 126 million to fuel international expansion

Brazilian contract management platform, NetLex, just scored a major win. The startup has secured a high-profile R$126 million ($24 million) investment from US-based venture capital firm, Riverwood Capital

This is a game-changer round for NetLex, marking a 1,300% increase from its two previous rounds, in 2018 and 2021, which totaled almost R$ 10 million.

Founded in 2014 by Flavio Ribeiro, NetLex offers a platform that streamlines business contract management processes, from creation and negotiation to signature and data capture. The company boasts a clientele that includes industry giants such as Samsung, Ambev, and iFood and has proven its ability to deliver solutions for large-scale enterprises across Latin American countries, the US and Europe.

The latest funding will be used to accelerate NetLex's growth to 80% in 2024. Additionally, the company plans to expand its reach beyond borders and supercharge its AI capabilities to automate even more of the contract lifecycle. This means less paperwork and more time for businesses to focus on what really matters.

With big corporation clients like Samsung, Ambev, and iFood already on board, NetLex is poised to become a major player in the global contract management market.
