Paytrack Raises $39 Million in Series B to Strengthen Corporate Travel and Expense Management
Brazilian corporate travel and expense management platform, Paytrack, has raised $39 million (BRL 240 million) in a Series B funding round led by Riverwood Capital. The investment marks the largest-ever recorded in Brazil's travel and corporate expenses sector.
Paytrack provides a centralized platform for companies to manage travel expenses, optimize payments, and enhance financial control. The company serves over 7,000 businesses and managed nearly $600 million in corporate expenses in 2024.
With this new funding, Paytrack plans to expand its commercial operations, introduce integrated credit and payment solutions, and accelerate international expansion. CEO Pedro Góes highlighted that the company aims to leverage the investment to enhance user experience, improve automation, and bring next-generation solutions to the corporate travel segment.
