Israeli AI software startup Qodo closes $40M Series A investment to expand and service larger customers
Tel Aviv-based AI software company Qodo secured a $40 million Series A round fund from Susa Ventures and Square Peg with participation from Firestreak Ventures, ICON Continuity Fund, and Seed investors TLV Partners and Vine Ventures, bringing its total funding to US$50 million.
While the company has yet to disclose its current valuation, it has attracted the attention of over a million developers since its launch.
Founded in 2022 as CodiumAI Ltd., by Dedy Kredo and Itamar Friedman, Qodo provides a platform to assist developers in intelligent code generation, testing, reviews, and documentation.
Besides its operations in Israel, the company has expanded into the US and the Netherlands, generating US$1 million in annual recurring revenue following the launch of its software.
This new capital will allow Qodo to develop its platform and improve code integrity and reliability.
