India's NIIF Invests $200 Million in iBUS to Fuel Digital Transformation
- The National Investment and Infrastructure Fund Ltd. (NIIF) has injected $200 million into iBUS Network and Infrastructure Pvt Ltd through its Master Fund, positioning NIIF as the majority stakeholder in iBUS.
- iBUS Network and Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. is an Indian digital infrastructure services provider with a vision to connect people, places and things. It specializes in in-building solutions like outdoor small cells and managed Wi-Fi services.
- The funding will be utilized to scale iBUS’ operations through organic and inorganic growth initiatives, with a focus on expanding into emerging sectors like IoT solutions. The NIIFL Master Fund is India’s largest infrastructure fund. It reflects a strong belief in the company’s potential to transform India’s digital infrastructure landscape.
