Digital Edge Secures $1.6 Billion to Scale AI-Ready Data Centers
Digital Edge, a Singapore-based data center startup, has raised over $1.6 billion in a combination of equity and debt financing to fuel its next growth phase. The round saw participation from Stonepeak, a global investment firm specializing in infrastructure and real assets, alongside new institutional investors and sovereign wealth funds.
Founded in 2020, Digital Edge operates 21 data centers across Japan, Korea, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines, providing cloud and AI-ready infrastructure for enterprises.
