Hi-P Secures $74 Million Investment from Temasek-Backed 65 Equity Partners
Hi-P, an advanced manufacturing service provider, has raised S$100 million (US$74.1 million) from Temasek-backed 65 Equity Partners. The investment was part of the Local Enterprise Fund, a US$740.8 million fund aimed at developing local companies in Singapore.
As part of the investment, 65 Equity Partners will gain a seat on Hi-P’s board of directors, with Lim Chin Hu being appointed as their representative.
The Singapore-based startup offers advanced manufacturing, production, assembly, testing, and packaging services for major clients such as Amazon, Apple, and Dyson.
The capital will be used to develop a new strategic focus, facilitate leadership succession, and accelerate growth and sustainability initiatives. Additionally, Hi-P aims to work towards a potential public listing, possibly eyeing a dual listing in Hong Kong or the US.
Dezerv Raises $32 Million in Series B Round Led by Premji Invest
Mumbai-based wealthtech platform, Dezerv has secured Rs 265 crore ($32 million) in a Series B funding round led by Premji Invest. Existing investors Elevation Capital, Matrix Partners, and Accel India also participated in this round.
Established in April 2021, Dezerv provides portfolio management services to high-net-worth individuals and business professionals. The platform leverages in-house expertise to manage investment portfolios, claiming to deliver nearly 30% returns since its inception in April 2021.
The fresh capital will be used to fuel Dezerv’s growth trajectory and strengthen its financial position in the competitive wealth management market. Following this round, Dezerv's valuation stands at approximately Rs 1,715 crore ($207 million).
