Mirxes Secures $40 Million to Expand Cancer Detection Across Asia

Singapore-based Mirxes, a pioneer in cancer diagnostics, has raised $40 million in funding from CBC Group's R-Bridge Healthcare Fund.

Mirxes specializes in miRNA-based cancer detection and is known for GASTROClear, the first regulatory-approved blood test for gastric cancer. The company aims to expand its cancer screening solutions to include lung, liver, and colorectal cancer detection in high-growth regions across Asia-Pacific.

With this investment, Mirxes will enhance its miRNA technology platform, strengthen its commercial presence across Asia, and drive further research into early-stage cancer diagnostics. As cancer rates rise, particularly in aging populations, Mirxes is positioning itself as a leader in next-generation liquid biopsy solutions.
