Bolttech Secures $100 Million in Series C to Expand Global Insurtech Solutions

Singapore-based Bolttech has raised $100 million in a Series C funding round led by Dragon Fund and supported by Liquidity Group and Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG). The round also saw participation from Baillie Gifford and Generali's private equity arm, Lion River.

Bolttech operates a global digital platform that connects insurers, distributors, and customers across more than 35 markets. The company specializes in embedded insurance solutions, enabling seamless integration of insurance products into customer purchase journeys.

The new funding will be used to enhance Bolttech's platform capabilities, accelerate its global expansion, and drive innovation in its technology-enabled ecosystem. CEO Rob Schimek noted that the investment will strengthen the company’s mission of making insurance more accessible and cost-effective.
