Kenyan B2B retail-tech startup Duhqa raises $2 million in seed funding
Duhqa, a Kenya-based business-to-business (B2B) retail distribution startup, has raised $2 million in its seed funding round, to scale its services in the country and the East Africa region.
- The fund will be invested in developing its markets, building out more tech tools for merchants, increasing its employee base, and expanding within the East Africa area.
- Founded in 2021, Duhqa offers merchants in Africa a platform to digitally source and pay for inventory, get the delivery and access short-term loans.
- The startup aims to slim logistics distribution in Africa, using financing, e-commerce, data insights, and technology.
- CrossFund, Roselake Ventures, Mo Angels, Techstars, and angel investors participated in the round.
