Just days after Qualcomm unveiled the Snapdragon 8 Elite, touted as the “world’s fastest mobile CPU,” top smartphone brands have started launching their flagship models equipped with this powerful chipset.

Following their debut in China, devices like the OnePlus 13, iQOO 13, Realme GT 7 Pro, and Xiaomi 15 series are now gearing up for their launch in India. Here’s a closer look at what each brand is bringing to the table.

Expected to launch in India by January 2025, the OnePlus 13 will be available exclusively on Amazon India. The device features a 6.82-inch BOE X2 2K+ AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 4,500 nits, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset with up to 24GB RAM and 1TB storage.

It boasts a triple-camera setup, including a 50MP primary sensor, a telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and an ultra-wide-angle lens, along with a robust 6,000mAh battery supporting 100W wired and 50W wireless charging. Pricing is expected to start around ₹53,100 ($639.76).

#2: iQOO 13

The iQOO 13 will likely launch in India by December 2024 and will also feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. Sporting a 6.82-inch 2K BOE Q10 AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, the device includes a triple 50MP camera setup and a 6,150mAh battery with 120W fast charging. The iQOO 13’s price is expected to start around ₹47,299 ($569.87), making it a potential competitive option for high-performance users.

#3: Realme GT 7 Pro

The Realme GT 7 Pro, expected to debut in India by mid-November, could be a standout with its 6.78-inch OLED display, 6,500mAh battery, Android 15, and 120W fast charging.

The phone is also rumoured to come with a triple-camera array, highlighted by a 50MP primary sensor. With prices anticipated around ₹54,990 ($662.53), it aims to capture attention in the premium market segment.

#4: Xiaomi 15 Series

The Xiaomi 15 and 15 Pro, featuring the Snapdragon 8 Elite, is also headed to India likely by early November. With high-end specifications like a 6.36-inch LTPO OLED display and triple 50MP rear cameras, the Xiaomi 15 promises performance and versatility. Pricing for the Xiaomi 15 series is expected to start around ₹50,000 ($602.41).
