Mexican healthtech startup Welbe raises $3 million
Mexico-based health tech startup Welbe has raised $3 million in pre-seed funding to improve its telemedicine technology, recruit more medical talents and scale its services.
- The AI-driven health tech startup plans to increase its doctors from 1,500 and meet a target of active 100, 000 registered users on its platform by year-end.
- The startup offers all-around tech-centric medical services including checkups, consultations, laboratory analyses and health care through its software.
- The pre-seed funding round was led by the Nazca investment with participation from Marathon Ventures, H20 and angel investors: Ricardo Weder, David Geisen, Andre Maxnuk, and Luis Berrondo.
