According to the 2019 edition of the Jobberman Best 100 Companies to Work For, South African telecoms giant, MTN is the best telco to work for in Nigeria based on employee satisfaction and happiness levels.

From listing on the premium board of the Nigerian Stock Exchange to launching mobile money services through its fintech unit, Y’ello Digital Financial Services (YDFS) in Nigeria to testing its 5G technology across Nigeria, MTN had an outstanding year in 2019.

Although the company moved down one spot from 6th in 2018 to 7th in 2019 in the rankings, it is still considered one of the most admired, most respected and most desired companies in Nigeria.
