Movie streaming giant Netflix is offering its subscribers a future where their TV screens can offer them a gateway to immersive gaming experiences, as it forays into the world of cloud gaming.

The bold lead occurs within a segment where others have struggled. Notably Google's own cloud gaming service, Stadia, is a prominent example, which faced difficulties in gaining widespread adoption, ultimately leading to its shutdown in 2022.
