A cloud service speaking fluent Naira

Nigerian businesses are now in cloud 9.

You know how those currency conversion fees can be annoying and frustrating when paying for foreign services, right? Especially in a country such as Nigeria where the local currency experiences daily fluctuations against the U.S. dollar.

So when the world's leading cloud service provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS) added the Nigerian Naira to the list of countries where it accepts payments in local currencies, I couldn't help but imagine the positive implications, including cost savings that this will have on most businesses.

Of course, local providers like MTN Cloud and Layer3 have been offering Naira-priced solutions for a while. But, AWS brings a massive global network and super-reliable infrastructure to the game.

Now, that's a smart way to compete for a bigger slice of the market.
