Nigerian Cloud-based HR tech startup raises $10 million in Series A

Lagos-based Human Resources (HR) and payroll technology company, SeamlessHR says it has raised $10 million in a Series A funding round led by TLcom Capital.

The funding will be used to further strengthen SeamlessHR’s position in Africa's cloud HR and payroll sector, grow the team, and fuel its expansion across the continent to Southern and East Africa, with South Africa and Kenya as operation hubs respectively.

Global VC firms including Capria Ventures, and existing investors, Lateral Frontier Ventures, Enza Capital, Ingressive Capital, and several strategic private investors particpated in the round.
