Norebase, an African technology company has raised $1 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Samurai Incubate and Consonance Investment, Sahil Lavingia (Gumroad) and Kinfolk VC with the participation from Future Africa, Ventures Platform, Microtraction, Boleh Venture, Voltron Capital, Wuri Ventures, Afropreneur, and angel investors from Africa.
- Launched in 2021, Norebase is building a trademark and incorporating technology to assist businesses, founders and startups to start and expand in any African country and the US.
- Norebase has recorded a 40% Month-on-Month growth in revenue with 100% growth in transaction volumes in the last six months.
- The African angel investors that participated in the funding round are Shola Akinlade (Paystack), Odunayo Eweniyi (Piggyvest), Adia Sowho (MTN Nigeria), Akin Oyebode, and Seni Sulyman.
