CHART: Startup funding in North America slows down, fell by over 50% YoY in Q3

Startup funding in the U.S. and Canada dropped by over 50% YoY in Q3 2022, driven largely by a fall in the late-stage and early-stage funding.

The year-over-year decline was mostly pronounced at the late-stage funding, which was down 63% in the just ended quarter.

The latest tally of Crunchbase data of funding in North America shows the startup funding pullback that began earlier this year has intensified in recent months.
