Do you text yourself to remember things? Most people do. In fact, some friends or family members text their friends and family their shopping lists so they can save them – just in case.
Because traditional note-taking apps such as Evernote can be overly complicated and using WhatsApp to save your thoughts and ideas lack note-taking features, a new texting-cum-note-taking app has launched for iPhone users that simply lets you text and take notes at the same time.
Founded in 2023 by Willem de Beijer in the Netherlands, Qept aims to combine the best of both worlds, the simplicity of a texting app with the power of a note-taking app.
According to Willem, the app has "the format of texting, with powerful note-taking features," such as the ability to organize them in different tabs (or topics), add checkboxes for to-do lists and easily edit the notes.
Qept is available for free on iOS providing an effortless experience in note-taking and helping you to easily remember those great ideas and quickly make the most out of them.
