Seedstars open programme to support African women-led startups

Seedstars has announced the opening of applications for its Enhancing Women Entrepreneurship in Africa (EWEA) programme.

The programme, which is being conducted in collaboration with the African Development Bank's AFAWA initiative and GrowthAfrica, calls for women-led small to medium enterprises and community enablers and entrepreneurship support programs in Africa to apply.

The programme will provide mentorship, access to funding, and capacity-building opportunities to participants in Cameroon, the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Kenya, Malawi, Morocco, Mozambique, Senegal, South Africa, Tanzania, Rwanda, and Zambia.

Interested participants can apply for the programme by December 31, 2022.
