South African gaming startup Skrmiish raises $2.5 million in seed funding

Skrmiish, a tech-driven gaming startup based in South Africa has raised $2.5 million in seed funding to scale its growth.

• The fund will be used to improve its product including integrating new gaming titles, grow monthly revenue, expand to North and Latin America, and issue its Skrmiish token.
• Skrmiish is a gaming startup that enables players to get cash from playing their favourite games, through its MoneyMatch feature.
• The startup has gained over 100,000 users so far and intends to increase its user base.
• Launch Africa Ventures, the Blockchain Founders Fund, and Stellar invested in the round.
