📈 Spotify reports staggering user growth with revenue surpassing expectations

Music streaming giant Spotify has reported a strong fourth quarter with a surge in both active users and premium subscribers.

The number of monthly active users rose to 489 million, surpassing both the company's guidance and analysts' predictions. Meanwhile, the number of premium subscribers, which account for the majority of Spotify's revenue, increased by 14% to 205 million.
