Honda Sports EV Concept

• Honda presented the world premiere of Honda 0 Series concept models, Saloon and Space-Hub, at the CES 2024
• The Honda 0 Series will launch globally starting in 2026
• Honda 0 Series models will feature e-Axles2 with excellent power conversion efficiency and packaging, lightweight, high-density battery packs, and excellent aerodynamic performance, targeting a sufficient range while minimizing the battery capacity loaded on the vehicle.

Hyundai Electric Air Taxi

• Hyundai’s electric air taxi is designed for city travel with 25 to 40-mile trips.
• It includes eight tilting rotors and a distributed electric propulsion system that allows it to operate as quietly as a dishwasher with 65 dB in vertical takeoff and landing and 45 dB while cruising.
• The electric air taxi is designed to take full advantage of emerging electric powertrain advancements.
• Hyundai will apply for certification in the US in mid-2024 with plans to begin flight tests by the end of 2024. The Official launch of the vehicle is in 2028.

Sony EV with DualSense-Control, Afeela

• Advanced autonomous driving technology, including remote driving capabilities with a PlayStation DualSense controller
• Sleek and modern design with high-tech features
• Afeela’s integration with Unreal Engine 5.3 is a standout feature, creating 3D maps and augmented reality views on the massive infotainment system.
• Unreal Engine 5.3 also powers the car’s multicamera AI-assisted driver systems for automated driving training.
• Afeela collaborates with Microsoft to bring Azure AI cloud-scale computing technology onboard, enabling data processing, performance optimization, enhanced security, and seamless communication with smart homes, cities, and grids.
• Sony plans a 2026 US launch for Afeela, with Gran Turismo 7 integration slated for later in the year

Mercedes Benz Concept CLA Class

• First Mercedes-Benz Electric vehicle with Mercedes-Benz-Operating System (MB. OS)
• Designed on new Mercedes-Benz Modular Architecture (MMA)
• With a driving range of over 466 miles on a single charge (based on European testing standards, which are typically higher than EPA estimates) and an ultra-efficient battery consumption of 5.2 miles per kilowatt-hour.
• Comes with Mercedes Benz's new MBUX Virtual Assistant, which uses generative AI and MB.OS’s 3D graphics to further personalize interactions between users and the car.

VinFast Electric Pickup Concept

• Vinfast showcased a new electric pickup concept called VF Wild at CES 2024 in Las Vegas.
• This midsize truck is about 5.3 meters long and 2 meters wide, making it a formidable presence on the road.
• The side mirrors are replaced by cameras for the sake of aerodynamic efficiency, while the large windshield blends with the panoramic roof to provide outstanding visibility.
• The doors open in opposite directions and there are no B-pillars, creating easy access to the front and rear seats. It also comes with a power-folding midgate that delivers a class-leading bed length designed to expand from 5 to 8 feet with the rear seats folded down automatically.
