UAE-based healthtech startup Vamstar raises $9.5 million for digital transformation
Vamstar, an AI-driven healthtech startup based in UAE has raised $9.5 million in its Series A funding round led by Alpha Intelligence Capital and Dutch Founders Fund.
- The fund will be used to support its digital acceleration and product development processes, enhance its exchange platform with AI, improve data quality to boost e-commerce services, and digitize the supply chain in the health ecosystem.
- Founded in 2019, Vamstar uses machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), and natural language processing (NLP) to connect data points for healthcare product sourcing and procurement processes.
- It enables buyers and suppliers to automate transaction processes including hospitals, laboratories, clinics, and corporations among others.
- Btov Partner and Antler, existing investors participated in the round.
